This is a tasty post workout juice. A great way to recharge and get much needed nutrients into the body quickly.

Ingredients
¾ of a ripe pineapple
4 cups mixed greens (kale, swiss chard, whatever you would like)
1 large cucumber
1 apple
Instructions
Cut fruits and vegetables accordingly and then juice. Best served on ice. Alternatively if you do not have a juicer you can add a cup of water and blend the ingredients together and pour/strain through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.
