Fruit and Kale Smoothie
 
 
To take this smoothie to the next level you can add a few super foods to the mix such as Marine Phytoplankton, Chaga, Reishi, flax seed, chia seeds, goji berries, or acai berries to name a few. Have fun and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple (core removed)
  • 1 pear (core removed)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (we use a raw vegan blend)
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 4-5 leaves of kale (depending on size)
  • 6-8 strawberries
Instructions
  1. wash all of your fruit and veggies.
  2. If needed, roughly cut them up to fit into the Vita-mix (blender).
  3. Add the water and ice.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Enjoy!
